What type of hair do you offer?
We offer 100% raw, unprocessed human hair extensions. Our bundles are ethically sourced, full from root to tip, and designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair.
How many bundles do I need?
- 12"–16": 2–3 bundles
- 18"–24": 3–4 bundles
- 26” and up: 4+ bundles
Add a closure or frontal for a more protective style.
How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last years. It’s a true investment in quality — reusable, re-styleable, and built to last.
How do I care for my extensions?
Treat your extensions like your natural hair:
- Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
- Deep condition regularly
- Let hair air dry when possible
- Avoid excessive heat or heavy oils
We’ll include full care tips with your order.
Can I combine discount codes or promotions?
Typically, only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each offer for specific rules.
Can I color or bleach the hair?
Absolutely. Since the hair is raw and unprocessed, it can be professionally colored or bleached. We recommend consulting a licensed stylist for best results.
How long is processing and shipping?
Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Shipping Time: 2–7 business days (U.S. orders) Tracking info will be sent via email once shipped.
Can I return or exchange my hair?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it.
Do you offer pickup or local delivery?
At this time, we offer shipping only. We’re working on expanding our services in the near future!
What if I need my order expedited?
You can select expedited shipping at checkout. Your order will arrive within 1–2 business days after processing.
Note: Expedited shipping does not speed up processing time. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package is lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier or with Route Package Protection if you selected that option at checkout.
AP Raw Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the courier.
