At AP Hair Co., quality is our promise. Each item is carefully inspected through a three-step quality control process before leaving our hands. Because of the intimate nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully prior to completing your purchase — all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@aprawextensions.com
  • Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Hair must be in its original, untouched condition — unworn, uncombed, unwashed, and free from any alterations (including dye, cut, or styling).
  • Items must be returned exactly as received, in original packaging.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The only exception is when an incorrect item is received. In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • If approved, a store credit will be issued for the correct item.

Health & Sanitation Policy

For the safety of all our clients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any hair that has been opened, altered, worn, or tampered with in any way.
